The power of Volunteers
Volunteers are the heart and soul of Michelle Cares. Your time and dedication enable us to expand our reach, strengthen community connections, and empower our mission to support local heroes with GOURMET DONUTS from The Other Side Donuts and essential services.

Making a Real Difference

Skills and Qualities We Value
While many roles can be learned on the job, certain core qualities and skills make a big difference. We value empathy, commitment, consistency, authenticity, and strong listening skills. Practical skills like communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving are also highly beneficial.
